After graduating from the University of Georgia, Noriko
worked actively in the field of international exchange and cooperation for many years. She lived and served in many different countries such as Tonga, Myanmar, Bangladesh, etc, as a coordinator of Japanese government projects.
After becoming licensed, she began her career as an immigration lawyer at Nakai Immigration Services LPC, one of the largest immigration law firms in Japan, where she handled thousands of immigration applications in all types for both corporate and individual clients.
